FISHING PLANT, OUR PROCESSES AND DESCRIPTION OF OPERATIONS.

CATCH

The raw material used in our process comes from wild and natural catch areas, extracted from adjacent Canals and fjords through artisanal fishing, which have sanitary permits issued by the competent authority. These places are free of contamination, which guarantees us a final product of maximum international quality.

PLANT PROCESSES

From the reception and selection of the raw material until the production of the final product, we are concerned that each production stage complies with the required quality standards.
All control points, assigned at each stage, are documented and recorded for traceability purposes. Our production lines range from refrigerated and/or frozen (cooked or raw) products to the canned line, which was the last one to be implemented.

FACILITIES

Plant 1

* A room of production and gathering of raw material.
* Two cooking rooms. One with continuous steam cooker for molluscs and one with two kettles for hot water.
* A dirty room area. Peeling, grinding and more.
* A clean room area. Molding, weighing, packaging and more.
* Two tunnels for freezing.
* A maintenance chamber -25° C ( 10 ton capacity)
* A chamber 0° C.
* A room for canning line.

Plant 2

* A room of production and gathering of raw material.
* A dirty room area. Peeling, grinding and more.
* A clean room area. Molding, weighing, packaging and more.
* A chamber 0° C.

Having two independent plants, gives us the possibility to process two types of different resources.

Our plant has all sanitary permits required by competent authority, such national level as international, in terms management of the production process, gives us the reasonable certainty that the products manufactured are of the highest quality.
